Returns
Changed your mind? Just pack your product away in its original packaging, contact us by e-mail at cuddle@cosatto.com with your order number and we’ll arrange to pick it up from your local post office.
As soon as we get it back we’ll check it’s in good saleable condition, then credit you in full for the product.
If the item is not new/unused we would deduct €20 plus 20% of the total price on the original order from the refund.

(1) Next day delivery only applies to UK mainland. Offshore islands, Northern Ireland may take up to 3 working days. The Republic Of Ireland may take 4 working day if ordered before 2 pm.
(2) Please allow up to 5 working days for spare part delivery to Ireland.
(3) Order before 2 pm for next working day delivery of spare parts (excluding Friday - Sunday), Offshore islands, Northern Ireland may take up to 3 working days. days. The Republic Of Ireland may take 4 working day if ordered before 2 pm.
(4) Delivery times WILL be affected during the Christmas period and can vary.
